May is here, and Mother's Day is right around the corner! Blessed to be a mom myself, I find that the best gifts come from the heart. No need to spend a lot of money to show love and gratitude!
I personally appreciate the heartfelt and homemade crafts that my kiddos take the time to make for me. I love their handwritten cards with their one-of-a-kind drawings! Anything they make that has their cute faces or handprints on them are the BEST!!! I just love to see the excitement on their faces before they give me their presents. And the hugs and kisses they shower upon me are just priceless and irreplaceable! I cherish their youthfulness and unsolicited affection since I know that it won't last forever...

No better way to store your groceries than with these recyclable totes! They're great for the beach or park too.
Supplies needed: Canvas tote bag, fabric paint, fabric markers (or paint pens), foam brushes, paper plates, wipes, newspaper (or disposable tablecloth)
DIY Tutorial (CAD INTERIORS): Cover a hard surface (table or floor) with newspaper or a disposable tablecloth. Lay out all the supplies onto the covered work surface. Pour each fabric paint color onto its own individual paper plate. Lightly place your child's palm (one at a time) on the paint color of their choice. Use a foam brush to spread the paint across the palm of their hand. Place hand on canvas tote. Allow the handprint to dry a few minutes before using the fabric markers or paint pens to draw the details.
Tip: Immediately use wipes on your child's hands to remove the paint. The paint dries quickly. It will be easier to wash it all off.
