Virtual interior e-design packages are perfect for those who want a completely designed room but are on a limited budget. A full design package is provided in a remote manner, but you handle all the logistics (measuring, purchasing, deliveries, installation). Samples and swatches are pulled, to-scale floor planning is done, product dimensions are carefully reviewed, etc.
Design packages include:
- Selection of furniture, decor and accessories (ex. pillows, rugs, art, mirrors), lighting, window treatments (ready-made or fabric recommendation), wallpaper, and paint color suggestions
- Design board showing the proposed furnishings, decor and other design elements
- To-scale floor plan showing furniture layout
- Product shopping list with direct links to the recommended items and purchasing information
- Designer notes to implement the design plan, plus any additional suggestions or general styling tips
- Communication with designer from design conceptualization to installation
Not Included:
- Architectural drawings
- Selection or recommendation of contractors or sub-contractors
- All logistics (measurements, purchasing, deliveries, installation) are handled by the client
Process:
- Contact me to discuss your project!
- Complete and submit a Client Profile Questionnaire that details your project scope and budget
- Submit photos (different angles), measurements, and inspiration images (or link to your Pinterest account)
- Complete and submit signed agreement with a non-refundable deposit. Full design package is electronically delivered - usually within 2-3 weeks - upon receipt of remaining balance.
- Design packages are delivered through a private design portal where you will be able to offer direct feedback
