I'm not sure about the exact source of the fixtures in the photo, but here's a link to similar cone pendants from Shades of Light: http://www.shadesoflight.com/oversized-cone_paper-shade_pendant.html They have a white shade/gold lining option. Rejuvenation is also a good resource for cone pendants. Hope that helps!
